Temperatur

Die physikalische Größe Temperatur bezieht sich auf das thermodynamische Gleichgewicht: Weisen zwei Körper die gleiche Temperatur auf, so fließt zwischen diesen keine Wärme – selbst dann, wenn sie direkt miteinander in Kontakt stehen.
Anders jedoch bei unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. In diesem Fall fließt so lange Wärme, bis sich die Temperaturen der beiden Körper angeglichen haben. Den Mittelwert
zwischen den beiden Ausgangstemperaturen nennt man Gleichgewichtstemperatur. Ihre SI-Einheit ist das Kelvin (K). In Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz wird auch die Einheit Celsius (°C) verwendet.
